Customer Service Representative Team Lead - 2nd Shift
Our customer in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to join their team for this direct hire position. Hours are 2:30pm to 11pm.·Consistently and effectively train, develop, coach and motivate associates·Evaluate performance and provide on going feedback in a constructive and positive manner·Maintain Department workflow, respond to employee requests and notify manager of unusual situations to contribute to department effectiveness ·Provides leadership and feedback to CSR'S regarding quality and productivity·Provide operational feedback to team leaders relative to the day-to-day Operations and CSR'S·Provide Quality Customer Service to External as well as Internal Customers·Assist in monitoring and managing floor operations; to include the ACD, call fluctuations, processes and/or procedures, escalation, dispatching, etc.·Utilize ACD to ensure calls are handled and SLA'S are met·Ensures all human resources related issues are referred to the team leadersMinimum Requirements:·Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills·Demonstrated leadership skills·Demonstrated time-management and organizational skills required·Must be customer service oriented·A technical aptitude and proven escalation capabilities are essential·Willingness to provide feedback regarding Operational issues to Management, Peers, and Customer Service Representatives·Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment·Able and willing to support and mentor new associates·Excellent PC skillsEducation: ·High School diploma or equivalent (GED)·Some technical or vocational training preferredExperience:·2 + years customer service experience required·One year experience in a leadership role requiredDesired Qualifications:·One + years experience in a leadership role preferredEmail your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
