Program Manager
IAP Worldwide Services Inc. (IAPWS) a Federal Contractor applies world class best practices to provide total mission support and Operations and Maintenance Management for vital U.S. government, and military installation and programs domestically and internationally. We are seeking qualified and professional Program Manager for the upcoming US Cost Guard Project at Yorktown VA. Interested individuals must be able to: · Institute and direct policies and programs for employment, management development, training, safety, security, quality assurance, and industrial relations.· Establish, distribute, and control project resources, including manpower, throughout the life of the contract, and approve or disapprove personnel selection.· Assess project operations and take necessary actions to ensure cost effective and responsive services for the U.S. Coast Guard.· Make technical decisions related to project requirements to include formal and informal contract commitments with the Coast Guard. · Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Facility Operations and Maintenance (O&M) field related to U.S. Navy/Coast Guard Directorate of Public Work (DPW) with five (5) years program management · Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering and appropriate training in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and management of Government Contracts IAP Worldwide Services Inc., offers competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and excellent growth opportunities.
