New Berlin distributor of heavy-duty truck parts has an immediate need for an energetic individual to join our Customer Service Department.

Duties include extensive phone contact with customer, order and invoice processing, promoting the organization's products, educating the customer on using the company's web-site and back-up switchboard. Also responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The successful applicant will have 4 - 6 years experience and/or an associate degree in a related field, be proficient in data entry, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Accuracy and reliability are essential. Excellent benefit package.
