Wendy's General Manager - Laramie Wyoming

Wendy’s Quick Service restaurant has an immediate opening for a full time career minded General Manager in our Laramie, Wyoming location.

The successful candidate will have minimum 2-3 years quick service restaurant and supervisory experience.  Must be customer service driven, have the ability to train and coach employees from all ages and backgrounds and have entrepreneurial skills with the capability to work within the Wendy’s systems of restaurant management.

Our Managers work an average of 48 hours per week (40 Regular and 8 overtime), with two consecutive days off each week, are hands on, and work side-by-side with their staff.  As a Wendy's Manager of a million dollar restaurant you will be handling cash, ordering inventory, controlling food costs, labor costs, hiring, terminating, and managing disciplinary actions.
